Overview
NeSL (National e-Governance Services Ltd.) is India’s first Information Utility (IU) that stores and authenticates financial debt information electronically. It is governed under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and regulated by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.\n\nNeSL enables digital recording of debt, authentication between borrower and lender, and creation of legally recognized evidence for insolvency proceedings.
